delivering the opinion of the Court:

In this case the plaintiff has presented a petition asking leave to amend the praecipe, summons, Sheriff’s return and declaration by changing the name of the party defendant from “Bethlehem Steel Company, a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania,” to “Bethlehem Steel Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware.”
