The plaintiff, Frank T. Cox, Jr., a citizen and resident of New Jersey, sues the Pennsylvania Railroad Company in the Southern District of New York for personal injuries sustained by him as a passenger on a railroad train operated by the defendant. The injuries are alleged to have been suffered in a railroad wreck, which took place in the State of Pennsylvania.
