Proceeding in contempt.

Barbara and Walter Smith were married in 1940, and separated in 1949. Divorce proceedings were instituted in February of 1949. The couple had two children, Amanda born in 1943, and Eric born in 1949, after the entry of the interlocutory decree. The wife secured the divorce on the ground of cruelty. The decree became final in 1950. By that decree Barbara Smith was awarded the care and custody of Amanda, with a right of visitation in the father, and with a further right in the father to have Amanda on such week ends, holidays or vacation periods “as may be mutually agreed…
