JURISDICTION
This case was referred to the undersigned for all pre-trial matters by order dated September 10, 2001 (Doe. No. 7). It is presently before the court on Defendants’ motion, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(b)(2)(B) and (c)(1), to preclude Plaintiffs’ expert testimony and for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.
