DECISION AND ORDER
JEREMIAH J. McCarthy, United States Magistrate Judge.
This action has been referred to me by Hon. William M. Skretny for supervision of pretrial proceedings [9].1 Before me is plaintiffs motion for a 60-day extension of the deadline for completing fact depositions [17]. Having reviewed the motion, I conclude that answering papers are unnecessary. For the following reasons, the motion is denied.
