NOTTINGHAM, District Judge.

This is a personal-injury case. Plaintiff Jerred Meskimen was severely injured when his three-year old brother, Plaintiff Anthony Meskimen (“Tony”), fit his crib on fire with an “Aim N Flame” utility fighter which Defendant Scripto-Tokai Corporation (“Scripto”) manufactures and distributes.
