This is an appeal from a judgment of the court of common pleas of Tulsa county, dismissing an action instituted therein by the plaintiff in error, the plaintiff therein, against the defendant in error, the defendant therein, where the plaintiff; sought to recover a money judgment for the conversion of certain personal property. Hereinafter the parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant.
