This is an appeal from the district court of Tulsa county, where plaintiff in that court recovered judgment in his action for damages for alleged fraudulent invocation of jurisdiction in a justice of the peace court in a replevin action. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
The plaintiff alleged in his petition as follows:
