MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
WILSON, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This ease involves issues that have been hotly debated throughout the country, and courts have arrived at divergent conclusions regarding some of the relevant questions. The case deals with issues of negligent hiring and supervision, sexual abuse, and insurance law principles.
