Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered August 24, 1994 in Sullivan County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to, inter alia, review certain provisions of employment contracts negotiated by respondent Board of Education for the Liberty Central School District.
