KILDAY, Judge:

Appellant was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, charged with two specifications of larceny and three specifications of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman, in violation of Articles 121 and 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921 and 933, respectively. He pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of only one specification of each of the-above-numbered articles and sentenced to be dismissed from the service.
