WRIGHT, Judge.

In this appeal of his convictions of multiple counts of controlled-substance crimes and the sentences pronounced for two of them, appellant argues that (1) he was entrapped by the state’s informant or, alternatively, the government’s outrageous conduct deprived him of the right to due process; (2) the prosecutor committed prejudicial misconduct; (3) the district court erred by pronouncing sentences for two convictions arising from a single behavioral incident; and (4) the district court erred by ordering payment of restitution to the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force.
