MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came for trial on the merits to determine the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to §§ 523(a)(2)(B), (a)(4) and (a)(6). As such this matter falls within the Court’s core jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I), 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a) and (b), § 157(a), § 151 and the Standing Order of Reference in the Western District of Texas.
