I. Introduction

Prosecution of complaints to determine dischargeability under 11 U.S.C. *720§ 523(a)(2)(A)1 are quite common in the bankruptcy system. However, prosecution of the complaint to determine discharge-ability in the case at bar has been quite uncommon.
