Appeal from a judgment convicting defendant of loitering- with intent to solicit for purposes of prostitution. She was prosecuted pursuant to a complaint which charged that on December 15, 1966, she loitered at the comer of Fifth Street and Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis with intent to solicit for prostitution, contrary to Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, § 870.010.
