This case involves the ownership and right to possession of certain household furniture. The plaintiff and the-defendant John R. Schaupeter were married in the late summer or early fall of 1941, the exact date not appearing in the record. Thereafter they purchased the furniture in question, paying therefor approximately $1,150, and used it in an apartment which they rented. In April, 1942, defendant John R.
