The United States seeks civil forfeiture of real property in Minneapolis that has served as the clubhouse for the Minnesota chapter of the Hell’s Angels Motorcycle Club (the “Club”) since 1995. As relevant here, the government alleges that the property is subject to forfeiture because it has been “used ... to commit, or to facilitate the commission of, a [federal drug offense] punishable by more than one year’s imprisonment.” 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(7).
