Plaintiff sues to procure dissolution of a corporation. The bill was dismissed. Her claim is based on a contract dated December 23,1924, made by four Markovitz brothers, David, Max, Bernath and Harry. They had been trading for some years as Markovitz Brothers and, in July, 1924, organized a corporation, Markovitz Brothers, Incorporated, to succeed the partnership.
