Appellant filed a petition in the court below against the defendant corporation and its two principal stock holders, alleging certain facts entitling him (so he claimed) to equitable relief, and praying for the appointment of receivers to administer the property of the corporation, to liquidate its assets, and to distribute the proceeds after sale, and for an injunction restraining the individual defendants from violating certain pleaded agreements.
