Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 29, 1975 (the date on the clerk’s extract is July 7, 1975), convicting him of múrder, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered. In our view, a number of errors, which we hereafter chronicle, combined to deprive defendant of his right to a fair trial. Defendant was accused of murdering one Delaine Pearsall on June 1, 1973.
