Moule, J.
Early on the morning of February 25, 1983, in a trailer on North Shore Road in the Town of Cuba which she shared with Marshall Allison, defendant shot him in the head while he was sleeping.
She immediately called Chief Sweet of the Town of Cuba police to report the shooting. Officer Mackney of the Cuba police arrived a short time later and determined that Allison was dead.
