Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 7, 1973, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. It is our belief that the cumulative effect of the comments made by the prosecutor during her summation deprived the defendant of a fair trial.
