Apotex Corp., Apotex Inc., and TorPharm Inc., (collectively, “Apotex”) appeal from a final judgment entered against them by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. We previously affirmed the district court’s decision in an earlier phase of the same litigation holding that Apotex had infringed certain patents held by AstraZeneca AB and related parties (collectively, “Astra”).
