Robert McCormick appeals the district court’s denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. McCormick seeks relief from .his conviction for child sexual abuse, alleging the State of Oklahoma violated his due process, rights under Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), when the prosecution suppressed evidence regarding the credentials of a witness who testified falsely that she was a certified sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE nurse) at the time of trial.
