MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BABCOCK, District Judge.
Defendant, Gilpin Ventures, Inc., a Colorado corporation, d/b/a The Gilpin Hotel Casino (Gilpin Casino) moves for dismissal of plaintiff Susan S. Fejes’ (Fejes) complaint. Fejes alleges gender and pregnancy discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., and willful breach of contract.
