This matter is before the Court on the Court’s own motion initiated under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9011(e)(1)(B) to consider whether sanctions should be imposed against attorney Peter Francis Geraci or other attorneys of his firm under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9011 for filing purported “negotiated” reaffirmation “agreements” without the signatures or prior express consent of the creditors in violation of Bankruptcy Code requirements.
