OPINION
MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
Four duplicative class action cases have now been filed arising out of the same securities transaction — one in Ohio state court, one in New York state court, and two in federal district court in Ohio. Plaintiffs, who are represented by the same counsel, apparently want all the duplicative actions to go forward in all of the courts at the same time.
