This litigation stems from the disposition of a leasehold interest in a parcel of real estate (the “Leasehold”) located in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. On September 15, 1994, the plaintiff in this case, Ambrosia Coal and Construction Company (“Ambrosia”), entered into a Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) with all of the defendants except Green Isle Partners Ltd., S.E.
