The complainant sues for a reconveyance of a lot of land, with a house thereon, which she conveyed to the respondents upon an agreement for her support by them and the payment of $300. The respondents deny that they made such an agreement but it is shown by a preponderance of the testimony. The complainant lived with them after the transfer, and the testimony of the respondents as to this fact strongly corroborates the inference that they made an agreement to support her; for they urge that there was no breach of the contract, because they had supported her.
