(after stating the facts as above) —
[1] In discussing the questions presented by appellant, upon which she relies for a reversal of the judgment of the trial court, we must assume that the consideration for the conveyances made by Reed to her was the promise on her part “to live with him and care for him and nurse' him during the remainder of his natural life at his home is Tueumcari, N. M.,” as found by the court. This finding was based upon conflicting evidence, and, there being substantial evidence to support the same, it will not be disturbed in this…
