Following a sequence of two representation elections, the National Labor Relations Board certified the Teamsters “General” Local Union No. 200, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen, and Helpers of America, as the collective bargaining representative for a certain unit of employees of National By-Products, Inc.
