LEHMAN, Chief Justice.

The central issue in this appeal is whether a school district is bound by the contracts that it entered into with teachers, where those contracts were not entirely in conformance with the school district's salary schedule. Appellants Kevin M. Wells and George Jon Lippincott assert claims of breach of contract, equitable estoppel, and promissory estoppel against appellee Board of Trustees of Laramie County School District No. 1 (Board).
