VOIGT, Justice.

[11] These unrelated cases were consolidated for argument on appeal because they involve the same legal issue: the require ments for a valid notice of claim under the Wyoming Governmental Claims Act (the WGCA). In both cases, we affirm the granting of summary judgment to the defendants.
