Defendant confessed to embezzling $1 million from her employer and pleaded guilty to 12 counts of aggravated theft. She assigns error to the sentences imposed. We review for errors of law, ORS 138.222(4)(a), and reverse and remand.

On counts 1, 2, 3, and 4, the trial court imposed an upward departure sentence of 60 months’ probation with special conditions. On counts 5 and 6, the court imposed sentences of 24 months’ imprisonment on each count with count 6 to be consecutive to count 5.
