Before the Court are the motions of Defendants Eivind Heiberg, Dan Rude, and David Ness1 (the “Individual Defendants”), and Nominal-Defendant Sons of Norway, (collectively, “Defendants”) to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction and 12(b)(6) for *150failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
