Before the Court are Third-Party Defendants Michael Anderson and Ghretta Hynd’s motions to dismiss the third-party claims against them in this action due to lack of personal jurisdiction. According to the Counterclaims, Torres is the owner of Fine Art Account, Inc, doing business as Fred Torres Collaborations (“FTC”), a New York corporation with its principal place of business in New York City.
