Plaintiff Flame-Spray Industries Inc. (“Flame-Spray” or “plaintiff’) commenced this diversity action alleging, inter alia, breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets as well as violations of the Lanham Act by defendants GTV Automotive GmbH (“GTV Automotive”), GTV GmbH & Co.
