The Government brought this litigation under the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”), 42 U.S.C. § 3601, et seq., alleging, inter alia, that the Defendant Roger Matusoff (“Ma-tusoff’) discriminated against prospective tenants at three apartment complexes, located in Xenia, Troy and Sidney, Ohio, on the basis of their race and familial status. 1 The Government seeks to recover monetary damages on behalf of the victims of Matusoffs alleged…
