The able and elaborate report of the master so well sustains his conclusion and the decree of the court, as to obviate labor in affirmance.
The appellants concede 1. That where the owner sells stock and gets his price, and delivers the certificate, together with a blank bill of sale and irrevocable power of attorney, signed by himself, the title vests in the purchaser ; and 2.
