Appellant Tax Claim Bureau of Susquehanna County (Bureau) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County (Trial Court) which granted the petition of Appellees Dawn M. Stanford-Gale and John P. O’Neill, the co-administrators for the Estates of Charles H.J. Stanford and Jean Marie Stanford (collectively, Estate). The Estate petitioned to set aside a tax sale of real property (Petition).
