Aaron Luck and Amy Luck filed a complaint in the Montgomery Circuit Court against Jack Ingram Motors, Inc. ("Jack Ingram"); Roy Crow, a salesman for Jack Ingram; and Primus Automotive Financial Services, Inc. ("Primus"). The plaintiffs alleged fraud, suppression, and civil conspiracy.
