Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Asotin county, Miller, J., entered November 24, 1919, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for an injunction, tried to the court.

Respondent and appellant Knopes, on August 12, 1918, signed a written lease for a term of three years, the lease including the farm of appellant and a large number of cattle, sheep, horses and pigs, which, under the lease, the respondent was required to feed, care for, and breed, sharing the crops of the land and the increase of the stock with the lessor. Respondent entered into possession September 1, 1918, and farmed the land, fed and cared for and *607bred tbe live stock and cared for tbe increase thereof.
