July 8, 1924, John Lampi, while in the course of his employment, accidently fell backwards into a pit about 5 feet deep, wherein sewer and water pipes were sticking up, and injured the left arm and shoulder and he now claims also the back. The employer sent him to one Dr. Gunderson for treatment. He was paid, compensation for total disability for 6 4/6 weeks at the rate of $16.20 per week, and $25.70 for the medical attention.
