The appellant, Dealers Transport Company, suffered property damage when a fire on its premises caused an explosion of acetylene gas. This action was instituted by Dealers against appellee Battery Distributing Company (the jobber from whom appellant obtained the acetylene tanks in controversy) and against appellee General Dynamics Corporation (the company which had manufactured the acetylene gas and injected it under pressure into the tanks).
