This suit was brought in the district court of Upton county by O. B. Tandy, suing for himself and all others similarly situated as to the matters involved in the suit, against Owen A. Wood, Bert G. Wood, J. W. Robins, and J. W. Robins, trustee 'of Owenwood pool No. 3.
