Schneider v. Sellers

Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fifth District, in an appeal from Ellis County. Sellers and others sued Schneider and others and recovered judgment which was affirmed on appeal by defendant, who thereupon obtained writ of error.

This suit was begun by the defendants in error in the District Court of Ellis County, on the 28th ' of August, 1896, against Jules Schneider, Alfred D'avis and the Schneider-Davis Company, a corporation created under the laws of' this State. The case was tried on the fourth amended petition of theplaintiffs.
