GALLAGHER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege. R. R. Miller, one of the appellees herein, filed suit in the district court of Navarro county against the appellant, Mrs. Trip Elder, individually and as community administra-trix of the estate of Trip Elder, deceased, and against Joe King, Byrd-Frost, Inc. and Delta Drilling Company.
