This is a suit by F. A. Jones, who resides in Eastland county, Tex., against Oakland Motor Car Company, a foreign corporation, with a permit to do business in Texas, and having a residence and domicile in Dallas county, Tex., and G. J. Boyd, “doing business under the name of Boyd Motor Company,” who is- alleged to reside in Eastland county, Tex.
