The respondent in this attorney discipline case acted as the personal representative of an estate. In that capacity, he actively misrepresented to the sole beneficiary of the estate the disposition of certain of the decedent’s assets, and the respondent’s own and his wife’s interests in a corporation of which the decedent was a shareholder before his death.
