On November 1, 1982, Gulf Resources and Chemical Corporation (Gulf) and Bunker Hill (now Pintlar) sold the Bunker Hill Mine, associated assets and real property located in Shoshone County to the Bunker Limited Partnership, whose principal place of business is in Shoshone County.
